Supervises: All facility departments
Responsible for overall management, operation, and compliance of Lotus Serenity Memory Care. Ensures that all services meet Oregon licensing requirements and reflect the facility’s philosophy of care — the Moments of Joy Program — emphasizing compassion, dignity, and meaningful engagement.
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and compliance with state regulations.
Liaise with state agencies, healthcare partners, and families.
Manage budgeting, billing, and operational performance.
Ensure staff training and performance evaluations.
Maintain policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
Current Oregon Assisted Living or Memory Care Administrator certification.
Minimum of three years in senior care management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
Light lifting up to 25 lbs.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.

Supervises: Medication Aides and Caregivers
Provides clinical oversight for all resident care and nursing services. Coordinates health assessments, medication management, and training for caregivers to ensure individualized, high-quality care.
Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.
Train staff in dementia care, medication protocols, and infection control.
Oversee medication administration and documentation.
Communicate with physicians, pharmacists, and families.
Ensure compliance with Oregon Board of Nursing and DHS regulations.
Current Oregon RN license in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term or memory care.
Training in dementia-specific care required.
Ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
Moderate lifting and mobility support.
Reports to: Administrator / Clinical Lead
Designs and implements activities and engagement programs for residents under the Moments of Joy Program, fostering emotional well-being and purposeful living.
Develop and post monthly activity calendar.
Coordinate group and one-on-one activities.
Document attendance and engagement.
Collaborate with caregivers to encourage participation.
Adapt programs to resident abilities and interests.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
One year of dementia-specific activities experience.
Strong communication and creative skills.
Reports to: Nurse or Shift Supervisor
Provides direct care to residents, assists with ADLs, and safely administers medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Administer and document medications.
Observe and report changes in resident condition.
Support daily activities and dining services.
Maintain confidentiality and resident dignity.
Current Oregon CNA or CMA certification.
Completion of dementia care training within 30 days of hire.
CPR/First Aid certification.
Lift or transfer up to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, and resident interaction.
Reports to: Administrator
Maintains a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces daily.
Follow infection control protocols.
Conduct safety and equipment checks.
Assist with minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning safety standards.
Reports to: Administrator / Clinical Lead
Prepares nutritious, appealing meals consistent with dietary restrictions and physician orders.
Prepare meals according to established menus.
Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines.
Maintain inventory and proper food storage.
Support residents during mealtimes as needed.
Oregon Food Handler’s Certification required.
Previous experience in healthcare food service preferred.
